You unlock the dress in the secret room from a game mode called "Forest"~ just search for it, it's a little horror game she made, there's 2 parts, one where you need 4 people to stand on a platform (there's always lots of people playing, don't worry) and avoid monsters, the next part is a maze. spoilers; follow the paintings of lana to the exit. and now you'll have the dress :3

Tips: 1. satch always layer is make your outfit better but sometimes layering look messy 2.
