TRUE STORY🙌😊 When I started high school this year I had no friends in my French class😭so I decided to talk to the girl in front of me. We became friends and then a few weeks later she comes into class with her nails done 💅. I asked her if she did her nails often but she said she didn’t want to because she didn’t want yellow colored nails. I looked closer at her nails and they had A FRICKIN HOLO TOCO💿💿💿! I told her that I like to paint my nails but don’t do it often neither. Then I said what would make me want to do it more is if I had a peel of base coat to keep all my nail art in a plastic bag. Regarding what Ben said about sailor moon. I did a presentation about it for an anime analysis history class and sailor Uranus and sailor Neptune were not cousins but were in a relationship. When it was dubbed and for a western audience they changed the relationship to cousins to conform to a western audience. If you watch sailor moon crystal it had this more explicitly stated, they come in around season 3. Sailor moon was more progressive than what most people think it is with girls saving the world instead of men and the relationship between these two sailor senshi specifically.

The initial American dub had them as "cousins" rather than a couple (which the Japanese producers told the voice actresses to play them as a "married couple"). Sailor Moon's initial release had a lot of editing. They took out some violence, the transgender/queer character details, they even edit out some of the cleavage and boob outlines in Sailor Moon's iconic transformation scene.
