Ugh.....DP couldn't have made it any more uncomfortable. Drew is a good sport, 20 years of answering these questions about Brady. Last time Bledsoe goes on this show, you could tell he was done.

Yeah, it was a little uncomfortable. But, Bledsoe handled it really well. And, Bledsoe ended the convo by saying that the next time he's in Dan's area, he's going to come by and visit them. So, if you think he's not coming back on then you're clearly mistaken. They ended the convo on good terms in spite of the uncomfortable exchange.

@Scotty St Cloud I totally agree. It's the silliest question a journalist can ask. *But, don't let that distract you from the fact that Dan and Drew ended the convo on good terms and that Drew voluntarily expressed an interested in swinging by to visit Dan.*

@@brandondaniels9471 I guess the other thing is that if not for the Brady angle, Drew wouldn't have as many opportunities and such big platforms to promote his vineyard and some of the other things he has going on. So I guess that's good for him.

But, yes, I just love hearing when players find something outside of football to be passionate about and successful with. Brady will obviously have his TB thing going on after he retires.

When you hear ignorant people talking about how anyone could have been Brady, it really makes me feel the level of disrespect they have not only for Tom but for Drew. If Drew Bledsoe had stayed the QB of the Patriots he could have easily won one or two Super Bowls, and would almost certainly be in the Hall of Fame. He was an elite level QB in his day. For people to think Brady just walked into the most open position in sports, is unbelievably disrespectful to these athletes. For all Belichick's genius, the best and hardest decision he ever had to make was cutting Drew to take on Brady full time, and that didn't even look like a good decision the year later (when Drew got into the Pro Bowl and Tom didn't, and the Patriots had their only Super Bowl hangover). It wasn't until the next two years that Belichick would ultimately be validated for that decision. People have such ignorant and deep-seated hatred for the Pats, that it allows them to ignore all the adversity these people go through, and the ramifications it's had on the sport and these athletes' careers/lives. It's sort of sickening.

From the video, you can see, the problem is the angle of the pass with respect to the line judge. Because the ball is coming in at one angle, the defender another angle, it may have looked to the line judge , "all at once." Also, The Helmet to helmet could not have been seen from the line judge's angle. Now what can the league do? Add more officials?
