Finishing through contact
Variation 1:
Set up offense defense on the wing and one defender gap in the corner.
Defense on the ball is allowed one foot on the 3 point line as well as put a forearm on the attacker.
Defense gap is only allowed to swipe
Attacker starts the drill , make sure the emphasizethe swipe and step and try and get to the basket for a lay up.
Variation 2
The on ball defender is allowed to split making the advantage for the offense less big.
We can also move the gap defender to become a weak side help defender.
