yes it has light tubes! not really for mountain bike type of riding, more for smooth gravel.

@@crustbikes Are Nor'Easter and/or Romanceur tough enough for loaded commuting over gravel roads and cobblestones? Load would be two panniers either on rear rack or front lowriders filled with laptop, some office stuff, towel. pair of dress shoes, shirt and a suit. Rider would weigh in at 100-110kg (that would be 16 stone to 17stone 4lbs in anglo-saxon terms, I presume?).
