You could take the 14hr South Coast day trip, where you'll cover the diamond beach which has black sand, Vatnajökull (Europe's largest glacier with an area of 7,900-8,100km^2), Skógafoss (one of the largest and one of the best waterfalls in Europe), Foss á sidhu (another waterfall), a canyon, and even the northern lights!
