3. Motions
↓ ↘ → - Press Down to Forward in a quick motion.
↓ ↙ ← - Press Down to Back in a quick motion.
→ ↓ ↘ - Press Forward to Down to DownForward in a quick motion. Easier done by pressing Forward to Down to Forward fast.
→ ↘ ↓ ↙ ← - Press Forward to Down to Back in a quick motion.
→ ↘ ↓ ↙ ← ↖ ↑ or ← ↙ ↓ ↘ → ↗ ↑ or ↑ ↗ → ↘ ↓ ↙ ← (also in reverse) - Press Forward to Down to Back to Up in a quick motion. Can be done in all the above ways. Named 360 Motion.
READ: For Special Moves to work you must do the motion first then press the last movement direction plus the attack button at the same time. Example - Monster Lariat: do this first (↓ ↘) then press at the same time → + K. The same goes for all Special Moves or Super Arts.
4. Super Moves Motions
↓ ↘ → x2 (x2 means press two times) - Press Down to Forward then again Down to Forward in a fast motion. Example - Hammer Mountain: ↓ ↘ → x2 + P. (↓ ↘ → ↓ ↘ → + P)
→ ↘ ↓ ↙ ← ↖ ↑ ↗ → ↘ ↓ ↙ ← ↖ ↑ - Press Forward to Down to Back to Up to Forward to Down to Back to Up in a fast motion. Can be started from Back (must be done in reverse) or Up (↑ ↖ ← ↙ ↓ ↘ → ↗ ↑ ↖ ← ↙ ↓ ↘ → - reverse too). It basically is a double 360 rotation like motion by quickly pressing, in succession, all the movement directions.

He has a LOT of command grabs. First, there's the classic Moonsault Press, then there's the Shootdown Backbreaker, then there's Ultra Throw to combo into Shootdown Backbreaker, there's Gigas Breaker which is a standing grab that leads into two Backbreakers followed by a Moonsault Press, and finally, Megaton Press, which goes up like the Shootdown Backbreaker, but instead of the Backbreaker, he tosses you to the ground and does a Moonsault Press.

Ex lariat can be held. Taunt beefs up next hit. Hold to improve defence and can be done a maximum 3 times. Hold up during held taunt to bring Poison out to distract other player ;p

I think it's funny how Capcom just copied and pasted Hugo into USF4 from Third Strike. The only thing that's different is he doesn't have his backdrop, unless you're using omega mode. Happy to have him and all, but they didn't even try to innovate on his moveset

His diagonal jump attacks have the same animation and damage as the neutral jump attacks. That's why I haven't showcased them and that's why they are listed with (↑) which means while jumping, either straight up or diagonally.
