1. Movement Directions

2. Attacks
LP - (Light Punch) * also named Weak Punch. Xbox Controller= X \PS Controller= Square [ ]
MP - (Medium Punch) * also named Strong Punch. Xbox Controller= Y \PS Controller= Triangle /\
HP - (Heavy Punch) * also named Fierce Punch. Xbox Controller= RB(Right Blade) \PS Controller= R1

3. Motions
E.g.
↓ ↘ → - Press Down to Forward in a quick motion.
→ ↓ ↘ - Press Forward to Down to DownForward in a quick motion.
NOTE: For Special Moves, EX Moves or Super Moves to work you must do the motion first then press the last movement direction plus the attack button at the same time. Example - Soul Sphere: do this first (↓ ↘) then press at the same time → + P.
4. Critical Art Motion
↓ ↘ → x2 (x2 means press two times) - Press Down to Forward then again Down to Forward in a fast motion. In other words, press ↓ ↘ → then again press ↓ ↘ → in a rapid succession. Example - The Nefertem: ↓ ↘ → x2 + P. (↓ ↘ → ↓ ↘ → + any Punch button)

Is it technical recording hitches, or does the PC version of the game sometimes lag? Because I’ve seen some framerate drops here and there and I haven’t seen it happen - yet - on any other platform because I own it on a PS4.

Perhaps both, change from 720p to 480p or vice-versa and see which is better. It may also be your PC, it's quite hard to render 60fps. If the framerate drop is still there, make sure you enable aero if you have windows 7. If you have windows 10, try having the best graphic settings enabled for your theme.

DrewTony'Z okay, tried watching in 480p, but the quality and framerate is worse (remember, it’s a phone I’m using), so it most likely isn’t the video, it’s probably the type of device I’m using. But for the most part, 720p does work fine most of the time. Thanks for the help.
