Tell Ace if use r still in contact that it’s ok to get upset after going through a lot I know what it’s like because I’ve been in hospital and I did hold a lot back and when she is ready she will let the people she loves know one day it does takes time because when I was ill with my mental health this was in 2018 (I lacked insight to the illness) but I told the people I love when I was on the right medication and I am better, what I experienced it was like hell so I understand I know what it’s like because I get upset when talking about it but it does help also tell her we r strong women and to keep on fighting! And tell her she doesn’t have to be insecure she is beautiful! Also love the longer videos keep them coming (if u want no pressure)! 💜
