The true test will be if Phonak is willing to offer a longer warranty on the Life models, if they are fully waterproof then they should not suffer any corrosion to the inner electrics.

Good afternoon! At this time, we haven't heard that Phonak will offer additional warranties. But with something like this, only time will tell. Like anything, the moisture coating is best initially, so let's hope it lasts for years to come, as it states it should to protect patients and their technology.

Hi there! There are multiple chargers for each Phonak line. It's best to consult with your hearing care provider to determine which charger fits your aids.

How far will the Phonak Audeo Life pick up bluetooth reception from an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Good evening! Standard Bluetooth range still applies and is suggested to be about 30 feet. However, if you have clear line of sight, you may be able to get a little more distance.

Bluetooth Phonak devices should connect to any traditional Bluetooth source without the need of an additional adapter. For further clarification, we would recommend contacting your hearing care provider.

What kind of feedback have you had since this video was made from actual users of the Audeo Life -- both in terms of their waterproofness as well as sound quality?

This is a great question! We are planning on doing a survey with our patients who are in this technology in 2023. To get a true gauge, we need to give time for normal wear and tear on the devices to see how they are holding up for the long term. Once we have the information, we'll do a follow up video and hopefully some of our patients will be happy to share their experiences with the technology.

Shorts look very dry coming out of the washer.

They are IZOD Golf shorts, some type of athletic moisture-wicking material, so they don't hold water. I had washed them with my microfiber towels (2:40).
