Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people by an upsetting event happening in their lives that takes them by surprise, unexpectedly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. Why are so many people across the world suddenly having their appendix removed? The appendix is associated with “being in fear for one’s life”. The HEALING phase is the rupture/inflammation. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the war, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......

My mom had Bell's Palsy some years ago. Based on your chart I would say she was a grade V. She couldn't close her eye and her mouth drooped very badly. The Doctor gave her steroids, but nothing seemed to improve. She had to use eye ointment and tape her eye shut at night. This went on for a couple of months. She didn't want to leave the house and she started getting depressed. My mom had a pretty limited diet and tended to eat the same foods a lot. I thought maybe she should take a Multi Vitamin. I gave her a bottle of Multivitamins and also a bottle of Vitamin E (400 iu) and told her to start taking one a day of each. She called me after just a few days and asked me to come over. Surprisingly, her eye was almost able to close, and her mouth was barely drooping. I couldn't believe it. She was so happy. The funny thing is, she said it was the Vitamin E. She said she couldn't take the multivitamin because it was too big. So she only took the Vitamin E. She kept taking the Vitamin E and she almost fully recovered within 2 weeks. She was able to close her eye completely. When she smiled we could still tell a little bit, but probably wouldn't have been noticable to someone that wasn't looking for it. For her at least, I am convinced the Vitamin E turned out to be an accidental solution to the Bell's Palsy.

@@brendonknight4897 right after high school, I sustained a terrible burn on my left thigh. My mom insisted that I put vitamin E on it every day, even after it healed. I did that for a long time and even I can hardly tell which leg it was. It used to tan a little darker than my other leg, but even that is now gone. Since then, I use it for all skin wounds and to minimize scarring.

I give Justin huge credit for showing a video of himself in such a vulnerable state. I had Bell’s Palsy and it was incredibly painful for two months. I slept all day most days. When I got full mobility back (was scared about it not happening) I was overjoyed. My speech was affected and eating was really difficult during that time. When the nerves were becoming active again, it felt like a searing pain from my ear throughout my jaw. Just noticed you had it too Dr. Gary - much appreciated the share

The real question is if they are going to be honest and link this to his double vaccination and double booster shots. He was backed into a corner he had to tell people what happened. Magic Johnson telling the world he had aids and was ostracized out of the nba for a couple yrs. Hard being brave. He could’ve lied and said he wanted to spend time with family. But this isn’t brave he couldn’t hide it and people were out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to go see his concerts. It’s called being an honest person. Boy fans will give a celebrity credit for doing absolutely nothing! 😂😂😂

What a very nice man you are. That comes not just from the trials you have faced, but from how you were raised. You know how to listen and how to see into your patients lives, not just their current problems. And the frosting on the cake is how you explain in a way that belittles no one, whether inside or outside of the medical community. Your family, friends and patients are lucky to have you in their lives.

This is one of the finest presentations on any topic I've ever seen on KZbin. Dr. Linkov presents a wealth of information so coherently and compactly that it is difficult to imagine improving on it. In particular, his color Venn diagram relating the various probabilities for different causes was outstanding. As a Ph.D. retired professor with nearly 30,000 scientific citations, I'm really impressed by this.

I had Bell's Palsy at 13. (Using the scale you showed, grade 5) My doctor took a large book off the shelf and said, "Read this. Now you know everything I know about it." The only known possible treatment at the time was Benadryl. I couldn't say 'Fried Fish' for months. 50 years later you can still see the effects with one eye that wants to close when I don't want it to, such as when blowing up a balloon; and a crooked smile, especially when I'm tired. Being a music teacher, I had to learn how to play all of the band and orchestra instruments in college. But, the only brass instrument I could play was the tuba and whenever I played a woodwind instruments, my eye would close, leaving me with only one eye to see the music.

Very interesting and insightful. I'm sorry you went through that, and especially at such a young age, I'm sure it was tough. That said, I would venture a guess that age was on your side, and maybe made it more of a possibility of recovering to the point you have. It's crazy how after half a century, effects linger even now, but I can't say I expected the opposite. Thank you for sharing your experience and I wish you all the best.

@@girasol58504 Bells Palsy and Ramsay Hunt are totally different diseases. The exact cause of Bell's is not fully understood (Herpes Simplex-1 has been implicated) whereas Ramsay Hunt is clinically known to be caused by the zoster virus. Basically,. apart from the similar paralysis, the two diseases have nothing in common the way a headache from a brain tumor and a headache from a migraine simply produce the same or almost the same symptoms yet are unrelated. I believe my Ramsay Hunt was caused by my getting covid 5 months after the J and J shot. Covid alone might not do it. You probably need the vax reaction mix to covid to mess up your immune response. I felt minor symptoms of covid for one month, then I felt fine and then four days later cranial nerve shingles - ear, face, scalp, neck, shoulder - and then a few days after that, ramsay hunt.

It does affect her eye closing. It also affects her smile. She has a well known neurologist that follows her with MRIs and/or CAT scans a couple times a year. He sees her every 3 months for observation. Having this condition upsets her a lot and on a daily basis. God bless anyone with any health issues that affect your daily lives and happiness. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great video - thank you for this. I wish I knew all this when I got Bell's Palsy over 20 years ago. I had almost complete paralysis on the right side of my face for about 9 months. I didn't get any medications, because it didn't seem like there was as much knowledge back then. I did eventually connect with a neurologist who was able to determine the damage to my nerve. It did grow back over time, but I'm slightly asymmetrical now and it really shows if I'm tired. My eye closes on it's own during certain movements and I have great difficulty with a straw. I got it a second time about 10 years later, but I knew a lot more then and the doctor got me squared away immediately, without lasting effects. I literally just woke up with it one day and had never heard of it prior to that. Thanks again for such a great explanation. I hope Justin recovers well!

Started with an excruciating earache, then a few days later I couldn't swallow (the muscles in the back of my throat couldn't contract) and within a week of the initial earache, half my face was paralyzed. 2 doctor visits related to the earache, 2 Emerg visits related to the throat and then the facial paralysis before it was diagnosed. No lesions at any point. Took at least a year for the muscles and nerves to mostly come back, but some asymmetry in my face and odd tics lasted for years. Today I'd say it's about 95% back to normal. Besides the illness itself, the worst part was how dismissive doctors were when I kept telling them something was wrong and then again when I asked what I could do to facilitate recovery. (grammatical edit)

I noticed he clicked his tongue a few times as he spoke in the video. Is that a kind of tic caused by the Ramsay Hunt?
@dragonabsurda
@dragonabsurda 2 жыл бұрын
@@mamamememoo The 'tics' that I had were more related to the nerves not communicating to the muscles the way they used to - it was like wires got crossed. For example, the muscles around my eye would twitch if I moved my mouth a certain way, or a muscle in my cheek would contract making my one eye seem to squint, that kind of thing. Even today, my one eye looks a bit smaller than it used to because of the way my facial muscles contract. I don't know about the tongue clicking, but it's also possible it could just be that his mouth is a bit dry either as a symptom of the condition or of medication. Hard to say.

Poor Justin. I hope he improves soon. I have permanent facial nerve damage from surgery to my right ear (acoustic neuroma). The surgeon severed a main facial nerve. My blinking is the same as Justin's and when it first happened my eye stung like hell because I couldn't blink. The doctors wanted to sew my eye up because not blinking could cause infection, but I wouldn't allow it. Instead I used eyedrops every 2 minutes and gel in my eye at night time while I slept. Now I can blink just a little in that eye. My mouth still does not move on that side and I try not to smile or laugh as I hate my smile so much, which is very sad. Get well soon, Justin. This is interesting. I've had Bell's Palsy four times. The 1st time in my late 30's I woke up in the morning, went to get ready for work but while brushing my teeth realized the toothpaste was dribbling down my chin. I stopped, looked at myself in the mirror and realized the right side of my face was drooping and I couldn't close my eyelid. I realized I had Bell's and had a really difficult time trying to communicate with my husband that I didn't have a stroke but Bell's Palsy (I could barely speak intelligible like half my mouth & tongue were anesthetized). I saw my doctor and then my ophthalmologist. I took methylprednisone for 5 days, had to wear an eye patch and use eyedrops for almost 6 months until I could close my eyelid again. Resolution took about a year. A few years later I woke up with Bell's but this time paralysis on the left side of my face. Then again years later on the right side again, and then years later on the left side again...each time the symptoms were less. The last time I had it, my new doctor had to do some quick research to find out the treatment.

Also the nerves in my face re-wired themselves in weird ways after I recovered so now my left eye twitches when I eat and I quite often get strange twitches in my left cheek and my left eye still doesn't 100% close properly and got damaged which affects my vision. I had Bell’s palsy in my 20’s. Diagnosed with MS in my 30’s and type 1 diabetes in 50’s. So 2 autoimmune diseases; the type 1 was most shocking later in life when I got sick with COVID. Never had been pre-diabetic. Immunologist stated I could still end up with another one.

I had Bell’s Palsy but also a delayed rash on my ear, so I figured I had the more severe form caused by Herpes Zoster. I never heard of Ramsay Hunt, but I did not have hearing loss that I remember. I took an anti-viral but I also took acupuncture and swear by it! I’m very happy with my recovery and feel the acupuncture really helped.

They cover it up by hiding it behind cute names. It’s a parasitic infection from the sh0t.

Sounds like something dramatically weakened his immune system and brought that back out. Wonder what that could be?

part of how I knew I had covid (which they literally called 'viral pneumonia or something' at the ER 🙄 towards the end of 2019 was.. not long after, ending up with Bell's palsy.. granted Bell's is a differential diagnosis (as you know). I mentioned they should look into ramsay-hunt but they didn't really bother, I'm just fortunate they didn't question me when I said I needed more prednisone which was at least three more times. The worst part about it was I had some prednisone at home when I woke up from a nap to my face slowly not working but couldn't find it...and could tell by looking at my forehead it wasn't a stroke....anyway, ended up being OVER 48 hours before I was able to get prednisone in my system and it was six months for it to get back (essentially) to normal... a LOT of people are getting or have gotten this in the past few years (just speaking of those I've known personally..which is absurd) Anyway, great video as always!

@@Lousy-Truth in the US..! I've met a lot of people (through work, friends, etc) same deal.. then had it again (delta in late 21, lol.. but not Bell's Palay at least..! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 the post-covid stuff is the worst... a lot of it mimicking Lyme Diseasd, types of leukemia, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, etc.. a LOT of women I've met ended up losing some totally of their hair months afterwards.. even asymptomatic cases (i.e. getting a test every month or something to be precautions, this that's the only way they knew.) They really need to be spreading g the word on how to help those that just aren't cognitively the same or any of the aforementioned.. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Anyway, thank you and stay safe! 😊

@@Lousy-Truth yes that’s why it’s called Covid-19. My theory of why NYC had so many cases is that millions of people from the world over were crammed into Times Square on New Year’s Eve, possibly many carriers who thought maybe they had a cold. It was a perfect storm for transmitting the disease that we didn’t yet know about.
