Y’know it just hit me that doctor doom is basically Batman who is not held back by writers. He learns magic, steals different sources of power, op weapons and powerful armour. He strengthens himself whereas Batman for some reason despite being smart enough and having the resources to make himself super powerful doesn’t for some reason. Probably because the writers want him to remain “peak human” because it’s “relatable”.

I love Dragon Ball and have been a massive fan of the franchise since I was a tiny wee little lad. Without DB I wouldn't be an artist and I wouldn't be wanting to create my own manga. I never would've developed my personality in the way it is today, I would have missed out on so much, and all because I became a massive fan of DB more than 20 Years ago. What's funny though is that even though I've memorised practically every event and scene in the series, including the Japanese version and I also consume some form of DB content almost every day. DB isn't even in my top 5 favourite anime series. I really like many of the characters in their own way, but none of them are my favourites of all time. I'm a bigger fan of and prefer other verses over DB, such as Yu-Yu-Hakusho and D.C. and Kill La Kill. So I'm probably one of the few mega fans of DB who's not biased and doesn't think that Goku is High Outerversal to Boundless by the Buu Saga. Like legitimately, Goku and even Zeno are only Low Multiversal at the very best, they have no feats or scaling that put them above that. Unless Goku destroys Infinite Timelines in a single attack, then he isn't considered Multiversal.

I think Doom will be very interested in Capsule Corp and his main interest at first would be taking it over from Bulma in order to possess all of the assets focusing mostly on tech/business plus it would be his best bet if he's trying to build a machine. Super Shenron being able to grant "any wish" seems to be a no limits fallacy. While Beerus and Whis in the manga admit they cannot kill immortal beings, we see that Zeno is able to kill the Immortal Fused Zamasu casually. This means that there IS some sort of limit on the power of the wishes Super Shenron can grant since even the immortality it can grant is capable of being overpowered outright. Zeno is repeatedly also called the "King of All" and is said to stand leagues above anyone else in reality, PERIOD. At no point is Zalama even once brought up as someone close in power to, equal in power to or superior in power to Zeno.
