You are kinda right. I don't think Doom can because the Emperor of Mankind can see tens of thousands of years into the future. He would know that Doom is a threat and should not be trusted thousands of years before doom even enters the 40k verse. He would know exactly where doom's portal is gonna send him and precisely which second he is gonna come to 40k verse and launch a full on attack the moment doom enters the verse and doom would not have time to prepare or learn about the magic, master the warp, manipulate the imperium or even blink his eyes. So doom would die very quickly.

I did some research of doom’s power and abilities first doom is master of mystic arts and is on the same level as character like dr strange which allows him energy absorption and projection, manipulating electricity, creating protective shields, dimensional travel, healing, creating blizzards and summoning hordes of demonic creatures second his power armor which according to the comics is almost Indestructible gives him protection from matter manipulation, reality warping and psychic assaults it also as high tech weapons like lasers, force blasts, powerful electrical shocks, and force fields also his armor is self sustaining can allow to survive underwater and outer space

what if doom was successful in becoming the ruler of Earth. As a result all heroes are gone its just doom and unpowered civilians. shortly after seizing control and fortifying the planet the Imperium comes across it during the height of the Imperial crusade. The Primarchs Horus and Alpharius present their terms to Doom as both of their massive legions hover over the planet. their terms are simple, submit to the Imperium or die. how long does doom hold out? How many legions get involved? Also in this version doom doesn't have any control over plot or narrative in regards to the story and obviously due to the timeline the Emperor is not yet bound to the Golden Throne.

You know where I think doom would really come into his own... Imagine if doom found a way to overturn tau society and instal himself as the new head of the aetherial castes and basically tooled the greater good into a new Latveria before Implementing their tech with his own... watch him have commander farsight as his right hand and have the far sight enclave become like his personal legion of trained tau he empowers with his magic... Also I'd really like to see how he'd do fighting greater demons considering he's known to come pull up against Mefisto for his mothers soul on her birthday every year... So Imagine this but him like just wiping Legions of Kornite space marines and dark primarchs.

God Emperor Doom is far beyond the Scope of 40k. Considering that 40K is most consistently High Outer (with Infinite Outer layers) Within the Marvel Cosmology we'll reach that level by the time we reach the Mystic Realms beyond the Superflow. And Base Doom has accomplished feats on that level by his own wit. So God Emperor Doom is just far beyond that so it will be considerably easy for Doom

The Emperor of Mankind can see thousands of years into the future. So as soon as Doom enters 40k universe he would know what will happen in the future and know immediately that Doom is a threat and not to trust him. So Doom will not have time to live in the verse for a long time, learning about the warp, magic etc. and master it. So I see the fight breaking out almost immediately he shows up and Doom loses in the end.

Or the reverse might happen and the Emperor might realise how much of a boon Doctor Doom could bring to humanity if the emperor manages to recruit him. And lets be honest, considering all the feat that Doctor Doom managed in the 616 Marvel Universe, he is more than a match for the all the threat that humans face in 40k.

The reason Doom won in this jobbers and goons video as opposed to the previous one he made is because this time Doom had time to learn about the magic, learn about 40k universe, master the warp etc. and he made the Imperium believe he is on their side when secretly he is pretending to take over in the future. In the previous jobbers and goons video, Doom lost because he was too hasty and prideful and did not spend time learning and mastering the warp. The same will happen this time also because emperor can see the future and attack doom as soon as he enters the verse giving him zero chance to prepare and fool them. Emperor of Mankind can see ten's of thousands of years into the future which means he would know the Doom will betray him even before Doom even enters the 40k universe. He would be like "mm this Doom person is going to enter into the 40k verse through a portal on this particular planet, and at this specific spot and at this specific second. I will order all of my best space marines, custodes, primarchs, etcs. and even myself and attack Doom the moment he enters into the verse with full force because I know he would betray me if I give him time to learn about the warp and master so I will not give him any chance and any time to prepare and attack with full force and kill him as soon as possible"
