If you look at the sequence of events in the recovery process.. Pain subsides first and then tingling, burning, numbness sensations etc..come down. These symptoms take a few weeks to a few months to settle down. But.. I would suggest you consult your doctor for your complaints.

Straightening of lumbar spine noted - Probably Secondary to spasm. Lumbar spondylosis. Loss of posterior concavity of L3-L4 disc with no significant bulge. Small asymmetric degenerative disc bulge at L4-L5 level indenting thecal sac causing very mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing (Left > Right). Diffuse degenerative disc bulge with posterior annular tear at L5-S1 level indenting adjacent nerve roots causing spinal canal and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.

Hello Doctor, I’m 35 years old(male) My MRI results shows I’ve herniated disc L4 L5 S1 I’ve been facing severe pain in the left leg radiating pain buttock to complete leg. I’ve taking chiropractic sessions for 5 months but pain still exists also taken physical therapy sessions nothing is helping out. In the last 2 months I’ve taken 2 times ESI injections but it’s like temporary relief only now again doctor prescribed me to go for physical therapy. Could you please advise if there’s any surgery that would fix the issue permanently. Currently I’m unable to stand or walk for at least a minute it starts paining and numbness/tingling through which I stopped lot of my activities. I’m thinking about to have a Microdiscectomy surgery but multiple questions running in my head. Is it ok to have this surgery, will it have any side effects after having surgery, will it completely fix the problem. Will it come back again after few months. Will there be any issues as we’re planning for children. Please advise sir.

You have to go for surgery only who have high success rate since it is disc surgery, pls check Dr Ashwani Maichand in youtube, better to go to him.
