hi , i’m a new subscriber , i was wondering if you’d suggest a bit of a bounce in the upper body section to assist in this specific movement ? sometimes i have trouble with any turning transition if i don’t add a little bounce to it to elevate my stance if that makes sense . also imo it makes the transition smoother but im still getting my balance situated

Your exactly right. I will make a full length breakdown. I had to cut a lot of detail to make it 1:30 for instagram. I just threw it up here as well.

Is it harder to do with toe stops?

not harder, just different. less toe clearance means you have to be more subtle in how far you lift your skate off the ground or the toe stop will hit and possibly trip you up
