FYI, It's not a DSLR but it's a good camera ;-) Looks like a Sony camcorder style camera in the over $1000 (USD) range.

Camcorders are more suited for this type of footage anyways as they are a lot more stable without taking the humongous bulky road some DSLR-people take with huge ass stabilizors. ;)

Actually super charged mark 2 Toyota chasers (JZX90) where used as taxi cars in japan. Saw it on donut media up to speed.

Alfredo rodríguez not really, on alot of Japanese cars you can just strap on a intercooler, ecu and turbo and you can get those numbers. it wont be reliable but you can do it

@@xerocookieable I looked it up and its about 80 km to the power plant. Thats a pretty save distance. Closer than 40 km and i would look at radiation maps before going somewhere.

the drift taxi driver really seems like a kind soul, gave me a big smile across my face :D but out of curiousity how is it with the insurance? lets say the driver makes a mistake and crashes and you get a *insert possible injury here*. is your own insurance taking care of it or do you sign something like "own risk"? really curious :D

The Drift Taxi is a good concept, but the true experience is in the front seat. As Alexi said, being in the back is like a pendulum, getting thrown around hard :-P

First time I ever went drifting was in a Blue S14 drift taxi at Japfest Rock ' 16 and the first thing that surprised me was how smooth drifting is like there's not really any juddering. They're a great idea

Yea I don't see people in that area being to concerned about it witch is interesting also I've seen video footage of people wandering around the exclusion zone (witch is only a 50km radius) with geiger counter's showing levels that are not dangerous. Makes ya wonder aye. I suppose the best way to find out what's realy going on would be to go there & see first hand.

sitting in the backseat whilst someone else is drifting is a totally different feeling. I been in a few back seats and normally feel bit woozy....U feel the gees so much more as a passenger even more so in a backseat....
