You should be able to get different calliper mount spacers to adjust the radius spacing of the front brake mount. Get one to match whatever rotor size you want to use. That is if the fork mount tab is in the correct place to begin with. That’s how we change rotor sizes on mountain bikes.

I think the issue is exactly what you mention, the caliper mount is in the incorrect location. It’s up too high for the 180 that it’s supposed to use and too low for the 203. That’s why I just made it work.

If you want to add a front hydraulic disc brake, look into a Shimano mountain bike brake. It'll have plenty of stopping power for that trike considering they're used on downhill MTBs.

Hi Josh, I was wondering if you have a spare ultra f9 axle portal cover. Mine damaged and the bearing doesn't seat all the way so when tightened fully it drags and is hard to turn axle. If you don't, do you know where to buy the portal cover, it's the cover with 3 bolts that come with the vs410 ultra. I just thought you might have one in your workshop. I'm from UK and would pay extra for it and shipped. Thank you

Theres a lot you could do to the engine thats on it now to spice things up a bit without having to replace it.

For am engine you should skip the ghost, go for the max power 224cc predator. Swap out the fly wheel for a billet upgrade, install a better exhaust pipe, and a mikuni carburetor, delete the governor. You should see 5,000 to 6,000 rpm, and about 8 hp and almost as much torque. I run the same setup with a few more things done to the engine and I can get about 50 it off my kart, and it will slide without the plastic tires. If you need any help you can dm me any time

You should put in some tire-cooling system. I remember I saw kei car drifters that have a water tank on board and hoses to the tires to cool it. Maybe something like that

Definitely needs more power, you should be able to whip that thing around a lot easier. With as bad a shape as it sounds like it was in the engine is probably in need of some work. That ghost would certainly spice things up a bit!
