hey not true my friend! nothing wrong with yoga, I do it a few times a week, pilates too! It is VERY hard, and I would say harder than lifting weights. Try do a 1 hour yoga or pilates routine, you'll be dead after 30 mins. Give it a try, trust me, it will change your opinion.

The way you mix-in my tune, Inner Sphere into this Verlake track is craaazy, i listen differently to my track the way u combined the melodics of the 2 tunes. Amazed how well pitch & speedwise u are able to develop a creative vision with these tunes! Dont stop 2 drift deep!

The long suffering girlfriend has learned to turn to ancient mind control techniques to cope with captivity. Which reminds me of an unfortunate event that happened many years ago. Some wise ass turned up at our local public sauna with a tube of gorilla glue...well I was that unfortunate guy who sat on the seat. Butt naked and glued to red hot wooden slats may be funny for some...but not for those who are in the know. I had to endure that suffering humility without the aid of yoga...just a smile and a big old roll of fat to hide my dignity. Involuntary imprisonment is no joke...just ask Brian Keenan. Piece of free advice to the young gentleman...if you apply such loose control to your musculature around the C1-C3 vertebrae, one day that head of yours will droop to the side and never recover...it'll forever look like a monks pecker. A real waste. Hope you both get out alive...its like watching 'Old Boy' all over again. By the way, my momma used to make similar music with a can of dried peas, a pair of spoons and the sweeping brush. She was a real talent. Her physician Walter Jackson Freeman II said she was a true testament to his skills. Well, if you young folk have the same taste in music as she did who could say otherwise? No need for drugs either...
