I bougjt Majorette GT-R yesterday and I can say it is best for me 😃 and Tomica GT-R is also cool :) but I don't like HW GT-R

I like the Tomica most, probably. I think the rims on the Tomica are way too undersized, though. The Hot Wheels one has a front nose that is a bit too long, and it isn't tall enough to match it's scale compared to the others. The Majorette really lacks a y detail in the front. I personally love the Tomica, but sadly they aren't sold in the USA except for at a toy & train show where some guy charges *at least* $10 US dollars for one car. They're cool and all, but I'm not paying $10- I could buy a 1/24 model car at Rite Aid for that price! XD

You can find some in Asian countries, I get some tomicas when I visit Asia. You can find some online for $4-$6 which is the usual price

I still like the Majorette better, but I just picked up the Hot Wheels 2017 GT-R and I think that is the best.

Tomica is probably the most accurate. Majorette is usually too big.

Majorette is upper 1/60. So its 1/60 - 1/54 for their premium models. I really like their details, but other than that I prefer 1/64

I recently started finding majorette cars at my local hobby shops and was intrigued by the plastic headlights and opening doors compared to the premium hotwheels cars which had printed headlights and whatnot (They're the same price here) Ofcourse i jumped the gun and got myself some WRC majorette cars and have never looked back at Hotwheels with the same appeal.

i think you've just miss something to discuss, the rearview mirror.. anw, i haven't buy one of them yet, i just watch it from ur video, i think the majorette version have the rearview mirror, but the others don't.. but i actually prefer tomica because of its tampo details..

Yo. Like your vids. I have the Majorette (in green!) but it says 1:61 on the bottom, not 1:64. I bought it in April 2018 so maybe they had to change it. I also have Majorettes that say 1:64 but are CLEARLY 1:61 or even bigger. The Citroen DS4 is bigger than my Matchbox Cayenne Turbo. hilarious

I like the Majorette and Tomica R35 GT-R. They have more details and opening doors! For Tomica R35, I still prefer the Made in China over the Made in Vietnam... the china ver have a wider openings as compare to vietnam, but that's me and personal pref....

The scale of the Hot Wheels cars are close to 1/64 scale. I have a lot of premium cars from Schuco in true 1/64 scale. The proportions of the HW cars are often wrong and the scale is unknown

If only Tomicas were being sold in my country... I'd prefer Tomica over the other two, then Majorette. HW for the last place, obviously. Would just buy the Tomica version and change the rims later. Thankfully, I'm not that far off from the highest quality one. I at least have the Majorette one.

True, but it's clear to everyone that they are definitely going along the lines of 1:64

Drifter D no, 1/64 is just generic term for all toy cars which are matchbox size. All hot wheels doesn't have a scale so you cannot assume that they are really 1/64, you can only say that hw are generically 1/64. Cars with scale they took measurement or reference to the real car although not necessary accurate because these are toy-like cars and not made to be detailed model cars like mark 43. I suspect most hw cars are made according to impression rather than scale as their proportion is so weird, just look at AE86 and CRX or even Civic 3dr.
