JayTee so far so good, although normally when I say that i hit a tree on film etc. I've taken it down the pump track and done a lot of flips so far and it's held up on the landing. I've just put speed gearing on this weekend so I'll test it some more this week. Although I need to lower the ride height first.

I wanna get a piniongear that fits with the spacer? Wich one Should I buy? Any idea on the Trx number? So the 70mph set up doesn’t go with the spacer! Damn!

I am annoyed the 70mph setup doesn't go with the spacaer as well, I think it'd be okay but I think if you have to self right it that sooner or later it'll move that top screw, and any movement and kiss that spur goodbye!

Driftomaniacs : I am annoyed by that too! First I order the Erevo 6S/70mph on the box, then I find out you need additional gears for getting to 70. Than it seems the spacer doesn’t alow all possible sizes gears and I really want to use the self righting. Have had 3 x-maxx’s and never used the self righting with them. But the Erevo seemed to self right beter, it isn’t such a have truck to Flip over. So I’m going for the fastest gearset with the use of the spacer.

Can'r you pull the motor towards the rear? Just wiggle it and pull it off?

not without undoing that bottom screw I pivot it back on, and it's VERY stiff, like 10 mins+ work. You can access the motor screws x2 unless you release both the screw holding the motor mount to the gearbox, hope that makes sense?

👍👍👍 with the 1.0 it was possible to remove the black cap over the spur, unskrew the skrew in the spacer. (No spacer on 1.0) and slide the motor and coolingelement attached backward and chance the pinion. That way you don’t even have to take the receiverbox out, no wires issues... if I’m not mistaking. You know more about RC’s then me, just thaught it might help, Maybe worth a shot. Love your work by the way 👍👍👍

Driftomaniacs : didn’t want to come of as a know it all...there are, you are far more exsperience with RC...but what I meant is clearly shown in the first 3 min of the link below.
