Used to race motocross, there’s a product called SC1 we used to spray in front of the engine, under fenders, on plastics etc that made mud and dirt slide right off in the wash process. Would be super useful on bodies/undercarriage, places you might not want wd40. Plus it’s the best smelling thing on the planet

In my opinion pit bull tires are the best crawling tires out there. Well after breaking them in. Were great new but on another level after break in. My scx10 lll is a goat! It also has brass front amd rear bumper mounts (talking between the frame rails), front brass portal covers unner and outer, rear brass portal covers, and steel rock sliders. Removed the interear (it weighes 1 lb), lastly aluminum beadlock wheels. Going to put a VW Bug body in it to lower CG. Thats it. Shes a tank. Stock electronics. Never overheats. Like you say. Its a crawler not a speed buggy. Ill open it up to get over a rock, but 1, or 2 mph the rest of the time.

Just got our first crawler.. maybe it's a little cheap. HSP rock hammer. Wondering, why won't it roll, after release of throttle, it just stops. Out of box, I then trimmed throttle and it started to roll. Then I charged the batt(as I tested for 3min on delivered batt charge) and no matter what I do it won't free roll upon release of throttle. Faulty, or just a noob . ?

Have you heard any buzz about a soon coming Axe Edition V2 of the Redcat Racing Gen 8 Axe Edition? I called them yesterday and inquired about why nobody appears to have any Gen 8 Axe Edition kits. They informed me I can get one from them. When I asked if they're working on a new model of the axe edition, he expressed he can't say yes or no, but he also hinted I may want to wait a little because their might be a V2 coming soon with huge improvements. I tried really hard to get more information on it, but he was only allowed to hunt to the strong possibility of it coming very soon, leaving off by saying to me the Axe Edition is a great RC truck I'll be very happy with, but also stating I'd be very happy with either truck (either being the Axe V1 or the Axe V2). I'm dying to know more. BTW, I also asked if said vehicle was about to be released, would it be more expensive or the same price as the current Axe Edition, and the answer was "The same price".

Both the Derwent and Trent and the river Don burst their banks, it’s eased now but on Saturday past which is a good week after the worst I went through some bad flooding near Rowsley just off Chatsworth Grounds. The ground is water logged so we don’t need anymore bad rains or it will kick off again. We live halfway up a steep hill so we’re good. Got to feel it for those who aren’t. As fortunate. I've got two more mistakes/fixes for you. Never...Ever run your Traxxas TRX4 RC before you pull it all down, regresse it with marine grease or the white lithium stuff, minimum, This includes all moving parts, including the transmission. Because Traxxas in their infinite wisdom and cheapness (rofl) use the shittiest grease or don't even bother to use grease at all. I can't stress "SHITTY" enough here. Tighten the 11 tooth gear too, mine wasn't tight and it chewed the plastic gear...I could go on for another hour...sigh! Your spot on. Great video. Use Inox in Australia, WD-40 is crap.
