Despite his short screentime, the presence of the Decepticon cyclops assassin is badass. Armed with a blade on one arm and a canon as his other, he looks ready to hunt down the Autobots as the Decepticons run Chicago. His purple/black with a battle weathering effect color scheme is awesome and the three turbine boosters on his back is a cool feature that further adds to his physical strength. For the character as a whole, his molded and sculpted details on the head/chest/legs/arms looks very armor up and bad to the bones. And his tank mode, never seen the movie, but it definitely big, bulky, and deadly. Would gets Megatron's tank mode a run for his money. A far design departure from the Decepticon scientist safe guarding Cybertron till Megatron's return, but Studio Series Shockwave looks badass and feels bad to bones. -The Autobot mini-figures Wheelie and Brains, they look really cool. -My only complain is the NEST soldier paratrooper mini-figure and the display backdrop of the other paratroopers falling from above. To be honest, it seems unnecessary and belittles Shockwave's awesome presence as a reminder of how easily he got overrun. Wish the paratrooper mini-figure wasn't included and for the display to be a different setting, like Chernobyl where he was first seen or in Chicago with the giant metallic pet Driller worm in the background as he order it to destroy the building the human characters are in.

Shockwave has always been my favourite Decepticon character from the entire Transformers franchise.I absolutely adore his body design in Dark Of The Moon movie.He looks fantastic and dangerous at the same time.I mean sure his design in The Bumblebee movie is better and I fo agree with that.It's faithful to his G1 cartoon counterpart but I love absouletly love,love,love Shockwave body design from Dark Of The Moon more which is by the way my second/third favourite Transformers movie of all time.He looks badass,powerful,and of course a tank that can't be dented.And I'm so sad that how they handle Shockwave in the movie because he is my favourite and I want to see more of him in the movie and a longer fight with Optimus Prime.But I do however love his potrayal in the Dark Of The Moon tie in video game,a worthy and powerful opponent to Optimus Prime to fight.And I also love his character in the Transformers Prime cartoon because of his deep and intimadating voice provided by David Sobolov who also voice Blitzwing from the Bumblebee solo movie and he is very cool in the Transformers Prime show.#ShockwaveIsBae
