Nice little jig. Why not on the 4 pins put a spring and, washer and nut to assist with tension on the shaft.

35° + 15° = 45°? I trust you misspoke, rather than cut a 50° - 40° vee, or your final drilled holes will only be accurately centred for that diameter. Yes, I'm nit-picking, but at least I'm paying attention 😉
