Velkoz passive applies to every ability so he can do true dmg with all spells

Baus, if you want to have higher FPS (in teamfights and overall) while streaming, you should look into a dual PC setup. One for high FPS gaming, second one for streaming. Pass the video output from the gaming PC into the streaming one with a capture card. Should fix all of your FPS issues since OBS won't be taking any resources away from League.

If frame rate while streaming is a problem, you should get a capture card and second computer which exclusively does the endcoding / streaming. Then performance on the main computer is not impacted!

You can buy HDMI to USB dongles for like 15 euros, put that in a laptop (or second PC) for streaming, and just mirror your monitor to the HDMI USB dongle. Then you're using zero CPU and GPU on your gaming rig for streaming.

If you go 10/0 and get run over by tank or bruiser you're propably just bad player who got lucky

About the FPS, just put the videos settings on medium and turn off shadows. In team fights, some champions just have too much effects for any PC to handle.

On a note for his PC problems. Can someone tell him that you can split the workload for streaming between setups? You can look it up with other streaming rigs, but then one PC handles the actual gaming and one handles just the streaming/sending, etc. Most firms will be able to build you a dual pc in one case, it's not uncommon :D
