Drink driver CAUGHT after collision in Peterborough

It's been a year and approximately 10 days since my neighbour rammed his car down the side of mine while he was drunk driving, on camera while we were both driving. It was reported via 999 and they were told I have the video. STILL to this day I've had no call, email or a visit from any police.

I've reported a literal drug driver - as in - he smokes dope whilst driving....what do Staffordshire Police do? They do nothing. The guy's still driving around! They need to "catch him in the act"?????
