The use of the word 'formular' is a bit confusing; it invokes images of complex organic chemical formulas when all I'm trying to create is something organic, nutritious and not full of chemical addittives. Can Flavorman still work on that?

even though you state you sign an NDA, how do we know some workers won't steal your idea? what guarantees are there?

Great question. In our 28 years we have never had a situation where an employee has stolen or used a client's confidential information without the client's permission. The employees that use this sensitive information have been with our company for many years and have proven to be trustworthy. Everyone at Flavorman understands that our client's trade secrets are incredibly valuable, so we treat that info very carefully. Our reputation for integrity is unmatched in the beverage industry and we take pride in the way we work with our clients. If we were to ever have a situation where an employee is suspected of misusing sensitive information we would swiftly investigate and terminate their employment and pursue legal action, if necessary.

We will not steal or share any ideas shared with us. We sign non-disclosure agreements with everyone who contacts us about their drink idea, so you can be assured that your idea is protected. We don't own any of our own drink brands so there is no conflict of interest between Flavorman and our clients. Protecting your privacy is in the best interest of both your company and our company.
