I bought a beautiful tea estate in the Munnar hills for $137k for vacations and exquisite tea year-round, almost all of the profits are distributed to the workers (both the tea workers and the housing maintenance workers) after the business costs are accounted for, all the workers live on the estate and receive the same housing maintenance services that I do although my housing is somewhat nicer and more importantly bigger and built to my tastes and specifications. Need to relax? Just go for a joy ride on the highways as you enjoy the beauty of mountainous green hills. The roads are honestly lovely, and not much traffic either, they aren't as nice to race as Japan but let me tell you, if you want to a challenge, try drifting the sharp corners, a great activity with friends and you won't be bothered by anyone on the roads either, snitching just isn't part of the culture. These days, I can barely even buy the cheapest smallest single bedroom apartment in LA, in the worst neighborhoods, for $137k, and that doesn't include a chef or any cooks, no amazing tea, no maids, no home maintenance, the only view is of dirty crowded roads and pollution. Forget joy rides, good weather or racing, hope you enjoy sitting in traffic in the stuffy hot weather for 30 minutes at a time. Why would anyone live in America?
