Dee, it's great to embrace culture and act accordingly while in environments you're required to but careful not to covenant yourself with things in the name of embracing cultures/ traditions you don't understand. Remember: It's not just a drink, it's not a gift... If you're a believer you could receive everything with thanksgiving by praying over them BUT not accursed things. Dee, with organic chicken, there is very little fat in the skin. Hence, the skin gives it a lot of flavour when cooked. Trust me. I like the way you burn down the little feathers on the chicken as even this gives the chicken more organic flavour. This is a very West African way of cleaning chicken as part of the second stage of cleaning.😅😅😊😊❤
