This is beautiful. I can't decide if this is a fine furniture making channel, or one on the art of making jigs. I'll be honest and say that I'd love to see how you made the wheels and the method you used to make them attach and work.

Thanks very much, yes not happy I didn't film the making of the wheels, I have no idea why I didn't. They are just veneered solid timber shaped into a circle then rounded on my router table, so pretty simple. Cheers and thanks for watching

Hi Darren, beautiful build. Just a question if I may. You put both legs in the jig at the same time. Wouldn’t the outside one be a different shape to the one on the inside or have I forgotten my geometry (many, many moons ago)? Cheers from the far south coast, Jenny

Thanks very much. I am gluing up one leg at a time, the second lot you are seeing are what's called the packers which protect the laminations from the clamps and evens out the pressure. Hope this explains what you asked, cheers
