Thanks for the video. Great craftsmanship! I really appreciate that you didn’t overdub music, the sounds of sharp chisels and saws are much preferred.

Luban planes are very nice indeed. I have never been disappointed. Great balance between cost and quality. As for Luban chisels I think you can find much better.

Thanks, Swann Morton is the knife, there spare blades are exactly the same as the Stanley knife.

What were the first two boards you glued together. Were they just high grade ply?

Oak veneered ply stuck to some MDF

@ hi with the magnets I like how you can screw in the magnets. See I live in Australia you told me company is it in Australia.? Just one more thing I bought a veritas jack plane and I have couple of lie Nielsen planes. Have you used any veritas planes? I like way they are made.people say lie Nielsen are better.

I use Luban most of the time, however I have a Veritas plough, skew block plane and router plane and they are certainly well made and great to use. One day I will try a Lie Nielson. Luban are great value for money.

@ hi hey I just bought a brand new luban marking knife just waiting for it come to my house. Does it have mm measurement in grave built into it. Thankyou mate.

@@shanehertzog5812 If you mean a marking gauge then no it doesn't. To be honest not needed. I have 2 luban gauges a woodriver and i gaging and I think luban are the best.
