Finally, I am seeing an owner on spending the best on what is needed (11 feet aluminium glass door and shutter) still limited his expenses on others (TV Unit, wash basin wall paper etc) yet appears beautiful. Other houses, I could either see an uniform pattern on the cost spent either lavish or stringent budget. Here he used the best of both.
