I went through this up to just before you said to put the tube in hot water if it was tight. Instead, I stressed out all my arm muscularity trying to get the ends into the connector. After fighting with it for half an hour, I succeeded, and then came in and watched the rest of the video. The first thing it said when I started it back up was the part that I needed to hear first because that was the reason I was looking at the video: I couldn't get the ends to go in. At least I found I was on the right track. :)
