How does Belterra compare to Arrowhead Ranch? Seems like there is less interest in Arrowhead Ranch. What is the reason?

Belterra is closer to town, but they are both great communities!

@@jimsolmer1292 It’s actually right on the border of Austin and Dripping Springs. It’s zoned to Dripping Springs ISD, so I would say most people consider it a DS community.

Belterra is a lot bigger than Arrohead Ranch. Belterra provides community featers- trails, swimming pools and what not, Arrohead eat dont. BTW all these SO CALLED LUXURY communities do NOT EVEN privide Street Lights !!!!!!?? We went to visit our friend and it was ALL BLACK OUT at 6 pm !!!!!! So Scary, so basically in Winters you can NOT take a Walk after 4pm !!! LOZ "Luxury" Their LAME Excuse was something like making it blackout, reducing light pollution so that stars can be seen. REALLY?? In our community it full of st lights plus we have big road near by full of st lights and we can see ALL the STARS! The TRUE reason is- They are CHEAP, want to save money. All the other so called Luxury Communities like Esperenza, Arrowhead Ranch, Bunker Ranch NONE of these Provide street Lights or NOT EVEN Children's Play Grounds !!!!
