Manor, Texas? I work in Manor and the place is a dump. Been in the Austin area since 74 and rule of thumb is to buy west of IH 35. Never buy on the east side of the interstate. Avoid Pflugerville, Manor, Kyle, Buda and most of Round Rock. Even avoid Georgetown unless you move east towards Leander.

A very high cost! Don’t come here. We’re full, we don’t want you, you will not be welcome.

Buda hands down! Has such a great small town feel. We have a vibrant historical downtown. Kyle folks are nice neighbors.

Vou com frequência a Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown dowtowns. Cidades organizadas e seguras. População em geral educadas e cordiais. Estive em UT para uma partida de voleibol ( UT x Denver) e no participarei de uma corrida de rua beneficente dia 17/09. PARABÉNS ao Texas.

I like both of these areas, but there are problems with every area you move to be sure to really study, as the grass really isnt greener for many, be sure to get solar power with CRsolar in Texas. If you want a system that will work good. We fix many systems also

I can’t tell you how much I loves the city in the Play for All park when I was a kid, I remember going there before the big extension. (there was no roundabout then) It has changed and became better over the years, as I’ve gotten older we don’t go often. The Raceway has to be the best!

All these SO CALLED LUXURY communities do NOT EVEN provide Street Lights !!!!!!?? We went to visit our friend and it was ALL BLACK OUT at 6 pm !!!!!! So Scary, so basically in Winters you can NOT take a Walk after 4pm !!! LOZ "Luxury" Their LAME Excuse was something like making it blackout, reducing light pollution so that stars can be seen. REALLY?? In our community its full of street lights plus we have big road near by full of street lights and we can see ALL the STARS! The TRUE reason is- They are CHEAP, want to save money. All the other so called Luxury Communities like Esperenza, Arrowhead Ranch, Bunker Ranch NONE of these Provide street Lights or NOT EVEN Children's Play Grounds !!!!

Is it true houses east of 35 might sink in the future because they were farmland? I am not looking at Round Rock or Pflugerville anymore. Only Cedar Park and Leander

We moved to the Austin area 2 and a half years ago. We lived in Round Rock first, we rented a home before buying because we wanted to know the area first. I loved Round Rock and I wanted to buy a home there, unffortunately just a little outof budget so we explored more options and ended up buying in Manor, to the southeast of Austin. We love it so far, brand new home and very affordable.

Aloha! Your video regarding Buda is very enjoyable and informative to watch. Mahalo all the way over here from Hawaiʻi🤙🏽. I am thinking quite a bit lately about a move to Texas, specifically Buda because I like serene with a lot of green, but I also want my money to go further. Here in Hawaiʻi nei it is stunning and beautiful, but so enormously expensive that it makes me sad. You just really, truly do not get a lot for your money. I’ve been looking at Buda and overall homes are much less expensive and the town of Buda is beautiful, but on Zillow homes in Buda and even Kyle are not as inexpensive as I previously thought. Would you be able to tell me what the median price is for homes in 2021 and also are there homes with at least an acre of land attached or is it all quickly becoming just a big HOA type suburb? Also, I truly and deeply appreciate general kindness and warmth from my neighbors and great customer service in public businesses and sadly Hawaiʻi has all but lost those once great aspects of life here. The aloha spirit is almost nonexistent now. Is southern hospitality alive and well still in Buda? Mahalo for your time and I look forward to reading your reply!

Back in 2000, I discovered Hutto coming from Pflugerville and I used to think Hutto High School was part of the Pflugerville school district.

Thanks for this video, I love Austin so much! When i was there, I used the bus kind a lot, and i was really satisfied with it. I had the pleasure to visit Buda too! It was an amazing experience, as I'm Hungarian and I born in Budapest...I tried to ask locals there, if they know why is it called "Buda" But they did not. I guess it has to do something with Budapest, for sure. My dream is to live in either Buda or Austin one day <3
