Thanks , for your insights Some key UN part such as responsible to protect ( Responsible to protect ) it says it is duty of UN general member to stop ethics cleansing and violence in any country ) and US used this tools in South West Asia and middle East we all know. Second point , India's stand regarding BIMSTEC is not sure whether they want to enhance his coordination with these countries Because country in this group is poor , and lack of democratic values ( Nepal and Thailand ) , similarly Myanmar which is also battling between democratic values and military rules And now we can see how china influence in these countries Myanmar , Nepal , Sri Lanka . Myanmar Thailand gives more importance to ASIAN than BIMSTEC . Second point is that India should be more cautious , regarding military rules because porous border with Myanmar help insurgents group to enter North eastern region and it also led to child trafficking , and illegal weapons supplies .
