Article 370 is adopted for national interest not to dispute between Indian govt and the peoples of Jammu & Kashmir- it was fulfilled or not.? Article 370 is adopted which needs to be examined with the accession of Jammu & Kashmir made by Indian govt and Maharaja of Jammu & Kashmir. While Abrogation of Article 370, what was the reason behind it , explained by Govt of India. President of India has a power to sign but President of India has no role to solve Jammu & Kashmir issues. Govt should examine peoples of Jammu & Kashmir that they are ready for joining with India through ploubisite and election, then it is necessary to check that the Jammu and Kashmir were following Indian Constitution at any point of time after Independence of India.

Article 370 must be amended but cannot be abrogated suddenly.
