so bookish .. it is actually the other way round .. girls get thier way around easier .... if a woman rides an Enfield bike , so much appreciation , so much praise ... if a man does , nothing matters even if he rides upside down! same in every profession , pilot, commander, police, ias , anything ...this is definitely GENDER BIAS !

60 percent prefer men , that includes women bosses as well ... bcoz they know if they have to get the work done .. they have to get men , if we get a woman in team, we know we have to share the burden, as client would ne expecting a persons work , if they are paying for it
