i remeber when i was a kid and played this those guys would terrify me. I didnt get the reference from Timmy itself so all they were to me where really tough clowns in those uncanny, desolate places. The music doesnt help as it makes it weirdly more freaky?

I remember cruising around in Miami and just going to random places just to check them out. The very first Timmy that I found was actually #6 on this video, and I was like... "There's 10 of them?!" so I went on Game Winners to get the locations of the 9 remaining ones and that's what unlocked this secret code where instead of cops, there's semi trucks with Timmy as the driver and another as the passenger that are out to get you and that speed was scary as shit. EDIT: That mode was called "18-Wheeler Anarchy".
