Can't agree more! The maintenance of the lower road and the express way is way below par. The highways authority needs to do better than that. There used to be some plants on the columns and I held back then that it was a pedestrian idea because it'd be pretty difficult to maintain them. Beyond being a cash cow tender for some well wired govn't official, they were a poor idea. They just need to run some barrier between the roads, and keep the pillars clean. Thanks for sharing, Deno!
