I just booked the vehicle today and just to clarify, Paying 3.5rup/km is not mandatory, we can upfront pay 3.5 lacks for the battery and you get a lifetime warranty on the battery, booked top end variant today and it is coming to 16.85 lacks on-road in Bangalore.

90/100: 👌 Good product, albeit with Three FLAWS: Good looks, reasonably priced, spacious & taller. It ticks 90% of all expectations of Indians. Problems/disadvantages: 1st problem is the smaller battery pack which can generate only a 230 - 250 km run. A larger battery pack (high range) is ESSENTIALLY required to CATER long journey commuters. MG must RETHINK soon. Absence of provision of a long range battery will not be good for a family MPV sales. Choice is restricted. 2nd is No provision of spare wheel. 3rd - Colour Discrimination - All variants should be available in all colours. If you do this, customers will shift to other makers. When Tata Sierra 2025 & KIA Siros get launched on 2025, it could be retirement time for MG Windsor unless and otherwise they come up with a long-range battery. Let's see. The sooner MG provides a larger battery pack....the good for MG. Otherwise, it would be approaching the "retirement" stage, i.e - Competition will eat up. 😄 Happy motoring 🧑‍🎄

The financial scheme of this vehicle, specially the battery replacement scheme seems to have been designed by a guy who studied MBA during lockdown from some Chacha university. And in addition, it comes with an obnoxious and impractical LED screen control which is highly distractive and dangerous while driving.... 100% this will be a flop in India. The only good thing about this car is the good 360' camera.

Imagine the touch screen display failing after a few years. You will have to pay a fortune to get it replaced. Without that screen, lot of features wont work too. Same goes for electric seat adjustment too. Last week my cars window motor failed and showroom was asking around 4000 to get it fixed. So just imagine how much it would cost for seat motors. While its great to have so many sensors and electronics in the car, if one of those components fails, you will have to rely on the show room and pay what they ask for to get it fixed. Always keep this in mind.

Nexon ev ka ac bilkul fail hota hai jab aap summer mein gaadi dhoop mein park karta hoon. Jab gaadi garm hoti hai to ac ki saari hawa battery ki taraf divert hoti hai. Peak summer mein ICE gaadi ki yaad aati hai. Mere khayal se battery aur cabin ke liye ac alag alag honi chahiye.
