You mean like eating a lot of terrible fast food? Trust me bro I know the pain of that hell. I can lead you to salvation. Stay away from fast food. Maybe only indulge once ever 1-2 months. But when you do be a a complete glutton. Eat till your stomach can’t have a bite more. Just stuff your face and don’t share with anyone. After all it is your one cheat meal. And you know the next day you will be cussing on the toilet and be jealous of all those who ate healthy the day before. But you will get through it. Also make sure at the your fast food restaurant you visit you steal as many sauces as possible. When that day is over brag to all your friends about how much you ate. This is the way to escape eternal hell on your stomach. For the rest of the days of the month your stomach will be heaven. I’m glad I could help. And always read the menu intensely till you can recite your favorites. I know this will help you immensely. I’m glad I could share the good word about fast food. Take care my brother.
