Driven: 2012 Audi A4 1.8T (B8 facelift)

Audi Malaysia hands me the keys to their facelifted A4 (B8 model). Under the hood lies a 1.8 turbo mill that makes 170PS/320Nm, paired to an 8-speed Multitronic autobox and does the 0-100km/h sprint in 8.3 seconds. But whilst the 1.8T isn't the fastest kid off the line, it's interior is several shades better than its German rivals.

Cabin is actually quiet; remember, this is meant to be an efficient A4, not a sporty one. And yes, I had traction control turned off, but after the tyre squeaking action at the start, TC kicked back on (you'll notice the dash losing the speedo - that's when TC comes back on). Despite all that, 140km/h in that corner is actually pretty fast. Trust me; that was the limit of the FWD A4! ;)

Guy...i am In dilema , should i go for audi a4 1.8cc (B8 facelift) or BMW F30 320i. Currently audi giving promotion Selling at rm226k compare with BMW rm245k,both on the road without Insurance
