Driver 8 - R.E.M. guitar cover

R.E.M. Driver 8 guitar cover.
Recorded with a Shure sm57 mic, Orange CR120H set to Clean channel and an Orange PPC 2 x 12 cab. Mics went into a Steinberg UR22 which then went into iMovie.

Love the work you've done documenting the guitar in this most unusual band. The IRS years are my favorite period of REM, probably my favorite period of any band ever. I was hoping to watch you play Life and How to Live It, as I've always found it a real puzzler. If you don't get to that one, it's understandable. I don't think even Peter Buck knows how to play it. Great stuff, thanks for your labor in showing and preserving this music.

don't know if anyone here chimed in? noticed you did a 12th fret instead of the 5/4 fret intro. after the beginning. is that your concept? if so it sounds way better. would you be willing to give away your secret fingering of fret/strings?
