Driver can't stay in his lane, New Norfolk Tasmania

It appears the male driver is on his phone, travelling from new Norfolk towards Bridgewater.

It's a shame that the police are never around when they are most needed. The male driver should have been fined. Just as a side note, New Norfolk is a beautiful area. :)
