Incredible video. This quite literally sums up my exact struggles right now. I discovered GRF about 2 months ago and it’s completely changed the way I strike a golf ball. Utilizing these ground forces is a game changer. I made a make shift GRF board system and use tennis balls and I’m able to simulate these drills and really feel the energy transfer to the club head. But my biggest problem is it doesn’t last long when I get to the range or the course. I’m good for about 20-25 strikes before I start losing the feel. I can’t get the feeling back until I get home and do the drills again and suddenly I can pure the ball again. I wish I could drag the board around with me everywhere but that would just feel a little silly. The board really lets your feel the swing of the club and when to land your pressure back to the other foot. But I’m struggling to transfer that to the static position of standing over a ball and start a golf swing. I can also do step back step forward swing and feel it, just not a normal golf swing for more than a handful of strikes
