Driver vs. Driver 2: Demo Day

The five remaining designs are taken to the PGA Show Demo Day in Orlando, FL for testing and feedback from golf professionals and consumers. This is combined with data from robot tests and reactions from the judges to determine which concepts make the final four.

Most intrigued by the launchpad but it looks really awful atm :P As Kyle said, it was the first thing I thought to about Cortex, it looks like callaways GBB Epic... Total design ripoff... Not a fan of that...

I'm assuming they have one standard stock shaft in all of them, so I attributed the low numbers to that. If that's not the case then, uh-oh!

do you know how short the ladies tees are ? they dont hit it that far but are amazing fairway to green

If you ever hit using a simulator you can be sure to take 50 yards of what you think you know. I'm 6ft4 100kg. I often drive my local 300yrd par 4. But on the cg2. 260yrds is as far as I can carry the ball. I'm thinking these are carry numbers

One big marketing exercise. Next year they'll be telling you they are all "rubbish" and that you should spend another fortune on some other new "stick" offering nebulus improvement. But that's golfers, deep pockets and a belief they can always improve by throwing money rather than practice at their golf game. Bottom line is that any solution involving adjustments necessarily compromises maximum MOI. You can't have it both ways ....

Disappointed to see dialshot go. A carbon crown like m1/2/3/4, rogue/epic et al would help lower the cg, maybe pull the rear adjustable track further back. Roswell sounds awful and needs to change it's name to infin8 or infinity. Launchpad also sounded off and is kind of an upside down triton. Cortex looks and sounds good, but makes me think a Nike vapour amd m1 driver had a baby. Magnus is triton without the baseplate and an extra weight port in the middle.
