P1300 codes indicate igniter circuit malfunctions. I found out that some of these codes are due to aftermarket spark plug coils. Never buy aftermarket engine electronics. Always go with OEM spec electronics.

Hi its not a injector coil but a ignition coil.just to prevend confusion.i have a question for you.my sons car came up with p1300 p1305 and 1310 fault codes and the car runs rough with the engine light on.can one faulty ignition coil caise multiple coils to fail because one drives the other coils?

My daughter's car is doing EXACT same thing.. but I'm getting DTC P1310.. when starting your car, and after it immediately dies, do you also have to turn key to off position to get car to start again?

Today I checked the Toyota Yaris 1.3. I have the following codes p0420 &p0505& p1315..and the fault is a rich mixture where the smell of fuel smells strongly and the engine revs at 950 revolutions per minute. After I removed the spark plugs, it became clear to me that number 3 had a problem, and the rest of the spark plugs were fine, 1, 2, and 4. Where is the problem knowing that the engine is in a closed lube state

That was a coil harness getting bad...you can shake the wire before do anything..please check the wire and the connector...it happened to me with this 1az fse engine...

Mine too I replaced the No 2 cylinder coil reset the engine light and it came back in few minutes with the same code.. Were you able to fix your problem? I have 2002 Camry
