I've traveled I10 from Jacksonville, Fl. to Mobile, Al. The area around Jax is a mess especially around the I95 interchange. Major truck traffic there.

I'm guessing you didn't prepay your planned 2 months at the RV park in Quartzsite? Or the prorated you a refund, maybe in honor of Fickleman, or being an influencer? I wouldn't be shocked if your property sold right as you arrive, which would make signing the closing papers easy, but would lead to a whole new series of videos about where you're going, staying, or buying next.
