Driving a Peugeot 307 SW 1,6 Hdi Break

Great car, great engine.
Going over 120 km/h and still quiet and comfortable.

Heute, im Mai 2021 hat er 364.000 km gefahren und ist immer noch mein Begleiter - länger als jede Frau an meiner Seite... I bought the car in 2007 - it was 5 years old and had driven 100,000 km. Make sure to change oil/filter on a timely fashion. Synthetic oil 5/30 or 5/40, DO NOT neglect this part. Keep the ground connections clean and you'll have a car for a long time. BTW these tips are valid for ANY car. ;-)

The chain witch comands the cams, dont sounds good. I recomend you to replace it as well as the hydrolic tensioner. I have to replace mine at 180kkm

***** Hi Jonas just got mine fixed this month did the timming chain and water pump too with oil filters and all washers and orings withe the timing chain that controls the cams for 770€ on a bosch car service not too bad on pug they wanted more than 1000€ just for the replacement of the chain and tensioner its a great sw and you cant buy one for the cost of the repair.

@@Frinka007 - My 2 cents on the way! ;-) Paying relatively expensive for the timing belt kit (there's no chain) including water pump, tensioner, etc. set me back about 110€! Of course my labor on top! But that's it... Totally worth!

The car just goes on, it's the faulty codes that will make you mad. But every car has these codes today. This is the first Peugeot I have ever had that the springs break. (heard they are german made) ;-) The AC has just died on this car, think the bearing is broken. Cost to much to repair. It's very roomy inside and you get a good view out of it. Pretty good economy if you don't rev it. That engine is powerful enough.

I used a tripod standing in the backseat on the floor and on something else to make i stable. thats is why it's falling over into the window sometimes when I drive to fast.

I mount mine between the headrest and the seat,lift the headrest up,then put the camera in place,then lift it down!

Fantastisk vinkel och avstånd, lite bakom förarplats. Man ser allt så himla bra! Vad är det för tripod du har? Den måste ha ganska långa ben om den ska stå på golvet eller? Jag tänkte prova med en vanlig mobilkamera men har inte hittat nån lämplig tripod eller övrig hållare. Några tips? Att klämma fast mobilen mellan nackskydd och passagerarsidans stolsrygg blev för långt fram, för lågt och för mycket åt höger, för bra bilder.

1.6 hdi very bad and unreliable engine, it has problems with everything, and it is slow for 110hp... When u're driving alone its good. As soon as u put 3, 4 people in there acceleration is crap
