There is no Metro in Sharjah city only in Dubai and the closest metro station to Sharjah is located at Al Nahda called Stadium Metro Station, it is in the border between both cities. So if you want to live in Sharjah and use the metro to Dubai you can take the local transport bus from Sahara Centre which is just around 4-5 minutes to the Stadium Metro in Dubai.
